Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States. Some items cannot be shipped to certain states because of state law; if an item in your cart can't ship to your address, checkout will not offer a shipping option for it.

Order processing time

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Custom engraving orders take longer, and processing time is set case by case depending on the item, design and current workload. We will give you an estimated completion date when we confirm your order and will contact you if anything changes.

Carriers and shipping rates

We typically ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the size of the box they ship in, so you will see your exact shipping cost before you pay. Faster options, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx, may also be offered at checkout.

Delivery time

After your order ships, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days. Delivery times for other services are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
