What's built into the PRO?
A bolt-action click, a tungsten glass-breaker tip, a multi-tone whistle that can exceed 100 dB, and 1-inch plus 10 mm measuring notches on the grip.
Can I take it on a plane?
Pack the PRO in checked luggage. Its tungsten glass-breaker tip is not TSA-compliant for carry-on. The GP-1945 LITE (flat top) is.
How do I use the glass breaker?
Strike near a corner of the window with a firm, direct hit. Glass breaks more easily at the edges than in the center.
Which refills does it use?
GP22 compact refills or Lamy M22 refills. Standard Parker refills are too long and will not fit.
The ink isn't flowing. Is it broken?
Usually it's an air bubble from shipping. Stand the pen tip-down for 24–48 hours. If that doesn't fix it, swap in a fresh GP22 refill.
What warranty does it carry?
GP-1945 pens carry a 1-year limited warranty.
